Inclement Weather Policy
PEC will follow the Howard County Public Schools in the event there is inclement weather. Should school be cancelled, workshops at PEC will not be held that day and will be rescheduled. If the schools are opening late, workshops will be conducted at the scheduled time. Should there be a conflict, please contact the organizer to make arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
PEC will accept cancellations up to 5 business days prior to the workshop and will offer a full refund. After that time, we are unable accept cancellations but will be happy to work with you to reschedule.

Maria Shepard-Smith, Certified Job and Transition/Life Coach

Maria specializes in coaching women who feel they are “stuck” or at a crossroads in life and need to find their unique path. She helps others answer the questions: Who am I? Where do I want to go?
How do I get there? She is also a Certified Now What? Facilitator and a certified NLP Coach.
Cindy Virtue, Career Coach
Cindy’s passion for helping others translates into successfully coaching clients with their own, customized job search. Her high energy style and personal approach allow clients to feel at ease and open to all the resources and tools she shares with them. Her no-nonsense approach leads clients through the job market maze with a supportive motivator at their side. A sample of the services Cindy provides her clients include: job search techniques and resources, resume coaching, tips on getting back into the work force, social networking, and how to interview to get the job. Cindy also is a successful job club leader.
